Financial data synced from connected services (Square transactions, bank account data via Plaid)

We use your information to provide and improve the Ledger service, including generating profit and loss reports, categorizing transactions, and extracting data from uploaded documents.

3. Third-Party Services

Ledger integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

Supabase — Database hosting and authentication
Square — Point-of-sale transaction syncing
Plaid — Bank account connection and transaction import
Google Gemini — AI-powered document extraction
Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary to provide the requested functionality.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Financial data synced from external services is stored to provide historical reporting. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Export your data in a standard format
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Disconnect any third-party integration at any time

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and row-level security policies to protect your data.
