We use your information to provide and improve the Ledger service, including generating profit and loss reports, categorizing transactions, and extracting data from uploaded documents.
3. Third-Party Services
Ledger integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:
- Supabase — Database hosting and authentication
- Square — Point-of-sale transaction syncing
- Plaid — Bank account connection and transaction import
- Google Gemini — AI-powered document extraction
- Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary to provide the requested functionality.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Financial data synced from external services is stored to provide historical reporting. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
